[leveldb] A simple leveldb gui client

Hi all,

I work in a team where we use akka-persistence with leveldb for
development, the quality assurance sometimes needs to view the keyvalues
stored in leveldb and I couldn't find a simple leveldb gui client, so I
wrote a minimal one

the releases contain standalone runnable jar that requires java 7
